Well actually those are stainless fuel rail cover "inserts"....bling for the covers.
I think, correct me if I'm wrong here...what he's looking for are the actual fuel rail covers.
I think you could check with GM accessories website, West Coast Corvettes, a local Vette club, local Vet Tuners in your area or...go the C6 Corvette Forum and check under the For Sale section.
Good Luck. You'll find something.

I bought a set but unfortunally they dont fit inside the engine compartment. I heard that there a template available that you mark over the cover and cut it to fit around the other engine pieces. Any info?

Black, Black leather 116,000 kms.
Also had the the following work done.
BMR ANTI-WHEEL HOP KIT, BMR PINION SUPPORT BRACE, EIBACK SUSPENSION, PRO-KIT MAGNAFLOW
Can anyone tell me what kinds of issues I should be worried about if I am considering purchasing? What kind of things act up at that point and what are the repairs like?
Much appreciated.
