It's not clear if this is an original movie car or an exact replica used for promotional duties (Universal Studios is in Florida). Now owned by a private collector, the car's covered 100,000 miles, which is staggering for a one-off special like this.
According to the seller, it draws a "VERY VERY LARGE crowd" wherever it goes, which goes some way to explaining the bidding that's already up to $45,100.
