The problem I seem to have with my Accel Distributor Cap And Rotor Kit (http://www.speedycarparts.com/performance/accel~distributor_cap_and_rotor_kit~engine_electri cal~pn.html) is that if i am accelerating hard, it has a "dead spot" where it revvs a lot slower between about 4200-5000 then revvs fast again. I have been experimenting with intakes, spacers, and jets and have not quite gotten it right.

Is this a CTS-V related problem? Didn't think so.
